Meet Bronson Edwards

Bronson is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and ICF Mentor Coach with over 15 years of cross-sector leadership experience. His passion for developing tools and techniques to help professionals clarify and consistently achieve their objectives led him to establish Uncomman Partners. Uncomman Partners works with individuals and teams to sharpen their presence; develop crisp roadmaps; establish accountability and support structures; and accelerate personal and professional growth through their applied learning. Bronson specializes in guiding teams and leaders in dismantling perceived barriers, optimizing their effectiveness, and achieving their potential.

Bronson is a graduate of the Atlanta University Center’s Dual Degree Engineering Program, earning B.S. degrees in Interdisciplinary Science and Mechanical Engineering from Morehouse College and the University of Michigan, respectively. Following his undergraduate studies, Bronson attained a M.S. in Systems Engineering and certificate in Financial Engineering while working full time for The Boeing Company. Bronson served in all major Boeing divisions: Technology, Space, Defense, and Commercial Airplanes. As the founder of Uncomman Partners, Bronson diligently exemplifies then inspires the holistic evolution of teams and leaders.

Raised in Georgia, with parents and nearly all family east of the Mississippi, Bronson promises to forever maintain his southern hospitality. Bronson cherishes relationships and seeks every opportunity to make memories!
